Apply and get admitted
Send us your field, your institution type and what you can run, then complete the compliance checklist that matches.

Sign the framework agreement
Credit, payment, data and IP, confidentiality, liability, exit — signed once and reused. Four versions: hospital, CRO, university, company.

Receive the task brief
The same brief goes to a small number of qualified partners at once: what is being tested, sample size, controls, readout, and the raw data we need.

Quote and start
Reply on feasibility first, then give a full quote. We choose on technical fit, total cost and the real start date — not on who answered first.
05
Deliver and settle
Deliver the report and raw data in your own standard format. We complete an integrity check within 24 hours, issue the certificate, and release payment per the contract.

05 · SETTLEMENT AND STANDING
Payment should be fast. Judgement should be fair.
SETTLEMENT
First collaboration: paid within the agreed working days once delivery is confirmed, with part of it up front where that is needed.
Established partners: approval is simplified automatically on the basis of standing.
A separate express settlement channel, so payment never drags on for a month.
STANDING
Every task records response time, delivery quality and how reasonable the quote was.
A negative result costs you nothing. A result that does not support the prediction is evidence just the same.
What we look at is complete data, protocol followed, deviations disclosed, delivered on time.
Partners with strong standing are matched first, and can skip some of the repeated credential checks.
A negative result is not a failure. It carries your name too.
